Attractions for all the Family

The Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park is a great place for all the family. The Park has many animals and life size animated models of dinosaurs. It also has the fantastic experience of an earthquake, plus penguins, parrots, seals, otters, snow leopards, and many other animals.

Watermouth Castle is a local attraction within walking distance, near the wonderful Watermouth Cove & Harbour. It has victorian models, a park with a tunnel slide, water attractions, gold panning, gnomes, plus a spectacular fountain display and much more for all the family.

There are many cycle trails some of which offer bike hire. The Tarka Trail is traffic-free with views of the railways, river and estuary scenes.

There are many beautiful beaches nearby, some sandy for sunbathing and for children to play. Others have rock pools for children to explore.

The Milky Way Adventure Theme Park, in North Devon & Nr North Cornwall is a great day out in Devon for all the family. Its all weather attraction mix of sheer fun, rides, education and live shows make it a must for your family holiday with lots of things to do.

Exmoor Zoo is unique and an unusual zoo to visit! Opened in 1982 the zoo is now an ideal family venue, especially for the younger generation. Changes keep taking place, even a visit last year, will today see new exhibits and animals!
